Return and Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. We will issue a refund or exchange after the receipt of all opened and unopened items that you wish to return.

Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned product and/or refunds issued within 7-10 business days. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer. In the event of a replacement we will cover shipping charges on the replacement. In the event of a refund we will refund your total order amount minus the original shipping charge.

If we made an error and shipped you the wrong items, we will of course, cover both return and re-ship costs to quickly get you the products you actually ordered.  If product is defective, we may at our discretion require the item(s) be returned for evaluation.  In this event, we will cover the return shipping costs.
